Refund & Return Policy
At Luna & Harper, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you wish to return an item. This document clearly explains our return and refund policy.
Conditions for Returns

A return request may only be made after the item has been physically received.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

Trying on the item is permitted; however, wearing the item is not allowed.

Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the item.
Return Process

Request your return by emailing info@harper.com within 30 days of receiving your item.

We will review and confirm your return request and provide detailed return instructions.

If the return is due to customer preference (for example, ordering the wrong size or changing your mind), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The cost will depend on the courier or shipping method chosen.

If the return is due to our error (for example, a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), return shipping costs will not be charged to the customer.

We strongly recommend using a track & trace shipping method for all returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm that it meets our return conditions, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days.
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), the return shipping cost will also be refunded.
Liability

Luna & Harper is not responsible for lost packages if tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

Providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is the customer’s responsibility.

Any errors in the shipping address must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
Multiple Size Orders
To ensure fair use of our return system, orders containing multiple sizes of the same item may not be eligible for a full refund. In such cases, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or store credit.
